Okay, I’ll admit that I’m new to motion so this may be a very newbish question, but I’m working on this project in which I did all the text in Final Cut Pro and wanted to go back and do a cleaner version with Motion.

I really like the “Fade to Centre” effect, but the problem is the way it disolves. It starts at the start of your text and the end of your text and works its way in. of course if you have one line, GREAT! but if your doing credits like me that have 2 or more it looks funny.

Is there a way to get that filter to fade from the right side and left side meeting in the middle rather then from the start/end?
