Text effect
I want to make a video with some text animation similar to the text in this video:
https://www.facebook.com/BluSamu/videos/200820100798428/But I can’t figure out how to make it with the jumping letters and so. Can anyone tell me what effects I should use? 🙂

It’s mostly Text Animators, as I see it, not effects.
It’s “Animate” menu against Text property of every text layer.
