I am editing a 720p project in FCP (960×720). I am adding lower third graphics to ID people being interviewed. When I compress in Compressor, the video looks great, the lower third grapic looks great, but the text, which I created in FCP, changes in size and seemingly, aspect ratio…and does not fit in the lower third graphic. I do not see anywhere to adjust the text graphic aspect ratio in FCP…and I have never had this happen before. I have tried several times wwith the same result. I am not sure if this is something I need to fix in FCP or in Compressor. Any ideas?
    Thanks

Try exporting as a self contained QT first using Export>>Quicktime Movie, then use that file in Compressor as your “master” to make whatever additional encodes you require.

    Good luck…

    That worked…thanks!
Strange that you have to do that to make it all work.
