text around an object problem…. is the only solution a 3d software ???
hi all
i am having problems with text rotating around the statue..
i hav the statue modelled in max… which is quite heavy in terms of mesh size… i hav to make the text rotate around the statue .. the thing is I cannot include much text in the same max file as the system is continously getting hanged (only 512 Mb RAM)…
so when i add the text and extrude it .. the system hangs…..so waht is the way in which i can add 2d text rotate around the statue,.,.
i tried cylinder.. but text comes in front of the statue.. i tried spitting the layer into 2 and the layer stack ordersbut not quite working
still some text appears in front ..
how to solve it ??? pzl helpthanx in advance

i think could solve it ..
hurrrrrrrrrrayyyy..sorry for such a postmy new doubt is that if it is text ,,, then no problem for that ..
but i hav a movie of streaks or say glow moving in an arc shape .. how could i get that to start frm the back and then pass thru to the front ????
i think i should use warp tools right ???plz check ..
