Text animation–using animators on more than one word at once?
Hello all! Joining the community officially (long time lurker) as I’m trying to figure out how to replicate the effect on this video:

On the $27b for workers families and businesses line
Where words animate in from the bottom. I’ve tried playing around with position + opacity animators and have come close, but more than one word moves at once (that is, one word flows up while the second is still moving in to position). On my attempts, words go one at a time and can’t be moved while others are moving. Maybe I’m crazy?

Edit; if it’s helpful, it’s the same effect on most of the text slides where one line comes on before the prior line settles into place.

I think there’s a text preset for this, but it needs tweaking.
On your text layer, to go Effects and Presets > Animation Presets > Text > Animate In and look for Fly in from Bottom.
You’ll need to expand the Animator options on the timeline and in Advanced, change Units to Index, Based on Words. And you’ll need to adjust the position data of the Animator too.
