I’ve been searching around a lot lately trying to find a tutorial on this, but I can’t find a good one. I don’t really know how to explain it. One thing I’m trying to figure out how to do is when you have a clip, and you want to put text in it that kind of “sticks” to a certain point in the clip.
Second thing is how to make text “disappear” behind something in a clip. It’s hard to explain, but this effects is used at the start of each Heroes-episode.

I didn’t get what you want exactly but i think you want to put text to certian point in that clip , and you can do that by Motion tracking this point and applying this tracking on your text .
second if you want to make the same thing in Heroes-episode you should put your text in any place you want and then copy the clip and move it up to the text then mask the place you want your text to be hiden behaind.

ah thanks, I knew I had to use masks somehow to get the “heroes-effect”, just didn’t know exactly how. But I’ll find a tutorial somewhere.

Yes exactly, that’s what I meant. I’ll check out motion tracking! Thanks again! 🙂
