  Template from Indesign CS4 looks wrong in CS5.5

  Has anyone heard of problems when opening an Indesign CS4 file in Indesign CS5.5?

  I have a series of product manuals that were created in CS4. There are two Master Pages, one with a white background and company logo, and the other with a blue background and no logo. Very simple stuff.

  When opened in CS5.5, the Master pages are messed up. The blue background and company logo are applied together to random spreads. No matter how I delete the pages, add new pages, and edit or reapply the Master pages, the incorrect spreads remain.

  Feels like my only solution is to rebuild the files, since the client needs me to work in CS5.5 now.
