TC getting cropped on output
Hi
I’m trying to make 360P TC burn H264 dailies from my raw footage- A single file with all the footage for each reel.
My footage is 1080P XAVC and I am working in a 1080P project
I made a timeline with all the footage and created a data burn in preset.
My export on the deliver page is set to custom 640×360.
When I export, the image is scaled properly but not the burn-in – It gets cropped. Is this normal behaviour?
I’m using Resolve V10.

You’ll have to adjust the BITC size and positioning to suit 360. For some reason when you down convert on your render Resolve keeps the BITC locked to the fullHD coordinates.
Or set your timeline to 360p and the BITC should resize of its own accord.

Yes, that is what I ended up doing.
It would be nice if TC burns would scale like the video…maybe version 11?
