Taking from FCP timeline and putting it to miniDV
I have some footage I need to put to mini dv from my time line in FCP. I have a JVC ProHD Deck (BR-HD50) hooked up by fire wire. I tried playing the time line in FCP and pressing Rec/Play on the deck but it doesn’t work. I know I sound really stupid right now but I need help. Thank you in advance.

First look up how to set the input to firewire in the JVC’s manual. Then look up “Edit to Tape” and “Print to Tape” in your FCP manual.
