take a still from the timeline on vegas 12
Hi Is it possible to create a jpg still from the timeline of a project?
I know this can be done in pmb but had an idea it could be achieved from the vegas 12 project?
Am I wrong about this its just I seem to recall being able to do this previously although it is a long time ago and memory could be playing tricks? Can’t see readily anywhere to click to do this in a live timeline situation.
would welcome guidance.

Check out the preview window.

Where you can save the image in the window using one of the buttons on the bar. Preferably save as a PNG image. Oh! By the way; set Preview to Best Full on versions older than V12.
