Thanx Talvo, but, some monitors have built in speakers…hence an output mode, and, I presume, a built in disembedder to extract the audio signal from the HDMI or SDI stream. My Panasonic pro monitor will output audio extracted from the SDI input…..and, I might add it has no conventional audio input jacks.

If my monitor does not have Audio out, can I run the Audio from out the computer and it will be sync?
