  System restore after altering RAID config

  On my MacPro, I have 4 500g HD’s set up as RAID-5 with a 100g partition for my system and the rest for storage. I’d like to change it to have one actual HD for my system and RAID the other 3 for storage. Is there a way to back up the system partition so that I can restore after the RAID config and not have to reload everything?
