  system requirements

  Would I still be able to edit HDV if my processor speed doesn’t meet the software’s requirements. I have a 2.4 ghz quad core, and premier requires 3.4 ghz for hdv.. My system meets all other requirements except processor speed.

  Could I edit hdv with my computer but editing would be very slow? Or is it more of a import/export issue?
