    Hey everybody,

    Quick question.

Trying to sync my audio. I have the boom and lav in one file, and a second lav in another file.

The first file lines up perfectly with the slate. I’m placing a mark on the video and audio then lining them up.. Works fine, never had a problem before.

But the second file won’t line up!! It’s driving me nuts, but the mark I place there won’t fall in line. It’s always a frame before or after. I take the magnet tool off, so that’s not the problem, I also removed the mark and just tried to line up the spike in sound.. still just bounces over it over and over.

What the heck is going on? I’m using CS 5.5 by the way.

    Thanks in advance.
    Scott

    To update my own thread..

Basically I found out whatever I drop first, either file, will sync up to the video fine.. the second file doesn’t… so I tried linking up all the audio, then linking to the video after. It worked on the first one, so hopefully that’s the issue.

If anyone knows why this is (a setting, etc.) please let me know. Thanks!
