sync TV with a 100B?
I am shooting tomorrow with an HVX and a 100B. I have a remote. Can I sync TC on both cameras. What is the best way to go about it? Which settings do I need to use?

Not with the same remote I wouldn’t thing. But you could go super analog- cue up the timecode setting with the final execute command ready to go on both using the individual remote. Then use a pen or other flat object you can hold over both remote’s execute button and press down. Should be close enough.
