Sync rectangle with text

Hi. I need advice. How to sync moving text with rectangle? What I do is create layer with flying text, then add new layer, insert Solid Color, use Pan/Crop, copy and paste even attributes from layer with moving text. But problem is copies not only the movement of text but also its` size. As a result I cant adjust size of black layer

If you don’t need to have black and text move separately, add Black Background to Text Media Evet and then Mask in Pan/Crop. Then use Track Motion to move whole Even where you want it. Or have I misunderstood?

You can create a Parent Track and make the Text and Background tracks a Child Track and then use Parent Motion to move both child tracks in unison.
