    Assuming that CS6 is good in the flesh, and that no sudden release of a Mac workstation shows up:

    Where does this leave FPX?

    It leaves FPX in the same position as it’s always been.

    Basically improving every 4 months.
    After working with it on another extensive project, it’s benefits are beginning to outweigh it’s shortcomings.
    I’m sure that’s a combination of lot’s more hours on my end and Apple’s end.

    FCPX actually improving every 3 months as it seems to be a 12 week release schedule.

    I expect Apple will have a new higher powered system in weeks to a few months depending on the technology included. I don’t think it’ll be a MacPro or a tower but that’s what the tea leaves look like to me.
    I’d think both Adobe and Avid will benefit by it as well.
