  Switching in ProRes for XDCam problem

  Folks,

  In response to some of your suggestions, I converted all of the XDCAM mp4 files for a project I’m working on to ProRes files. Having done quite a bit of editing, I figured the “reconnect media” feature would just let me link the clips in my timelines with the new ProRes QTs. Indeed it worked, but when I look at that clip information in the timeline or bin, it says under that the clips are XDCAM. Is this just because it isn’t updating the information? I double checked, and indeed the clips are referring to the new Pro Res files.

  I just want to make sure there isn’t something weird going on that would result in any problems upon export.
