surveillance tape effect
I am looking for a tut that shows you how to create the look of a surveillance tape. Anyone know of any out there. I have Final cut pro as well.

Export with the Cinepack codec 😉
Did something like that a while back, apply some noise/grain, scale up, take down the white level, and for B/W take out the saturation, and hire a robber 😉

Also add the posterize time effect and set the fps to something low like 4.

your may want some wide-angle distortion (pete warden’s fisheye is free)…
