Any reports from the FCPUG SuperMeet last night?

What did the Apple team have to say for themselves?

    Thanks very much.

    All the best,

    Tom

    Was there a supermeet?

I know Autodesk canceled their user meetings…..

and I imagine if Apple did say anything about anything someone would have stayed up late enough to post it in CAPS on the cow 🙂

Maybe no one from Apple showed.

it was crowded…. and the venue was ok

didn’t seem that there were many apple reps around, maybe i just didn’t notice them

if it wasn’t for the chance too meet people you see in flesh once a year (which still is the best function of supermeets) it all felt a little too obvious…

and though cool features in premiere are always so much fun… there was not even a slightest of hints on the near/far future of the apps these user groups are all about.

just last year a full house of users cheered when a fait hint of possible BR support in some near future was partly suggested on stage.. a silent disappointment crept in this year.

one of the largest pro-users communities in this field… is starting to feel neglected?

thank you LA user group organizers, for being so persistent and talented in putting together this huge evening

maybe next time the raffle could be broken into many shorter raffles throughout the event.

am i the only one who think its starting to feel like an endless bingo from hell 🙂 ?
