    Guys – I’m stumped

I shot onto Super8 for a music video… it was sent off to be digitized and came back on DV tape

Now I may have captured at the wrong frame rate and with the wrong interlace/progressive settings

Because i’m a little in the dark regarding video formats, interlacing vs progressive (although I understand the concept), PAR etc… I may have made a slight error… I think because I’ve told FC that I’m capturing DVPAL footage it’s decided that the timebase would be 25 fps and it would be interlaced

    IS THIS WRONG?

I tried changing sequence settings “field dominance” to NONE, which was fine – no combing – better image. However, I had to clean a couple of interior shots with RG denoiser – now it refuses to work unless I set field dominance to lower. Even with re-applying

    Any thoughts people?

    Many thanks
