  Super stuffed file??

  I have gotten a couple of files that are zipped from clients. The zipped files range from 2.0mb to 7.9mb. When I unzipped the file they are at 300 dpi full size and are over 100mb in SIZE!!!!!! How did they compress these file!!!! The file format range from tiff, jpg, eps, and psd files.
