Suggestions for DVD creation
What the best self-contained file for preparing HD FCP sequence for DVD?
I have just cut a 15 minute program in HD shot on XD cam. Used FCP 6.0.2
My background is production and some editing, but I have little DVD creation/authoring knowledge.
I need to create several non-HD DVD’s.
What is the simplest way to do this? A menu is not necessary. I just need to be able to put DVD in regular player and play it.
Is Quick Time conversion OK to use, or should I use Compressor (I’m not too familiar with that).
The simplest way would be best because I have a tight deadline.

Export your sequence as a reference movie. Import the ref. movie into Compressor. Use the preset in Compressor for best 90 minute DVD. Use the search feature on Creative Cow next time to find the answers to questions like this.
