Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy suddenly stops

    Hi everyone!

I’m editing a multiclip, but it seems my iMac doesn’t like it. In my project I have 3 or 4 multiclips, but there is one that when I doubleclick on it (so that it gets on the viewer), the Final Cut Pro stops and doesn’t answer. Then I have to switch off the Mac and open it again. After a few times of that, I won’t open the multiclip on the viewer any more. But now, playing the multiclip on the timeline, for two times it has stopped suddenly and FCP doesn’t answer, and also the iMac doesn’t answer. Does anyone know why? What happens, and how can I avoid it? It’s not the first time I’m doing a multiclip, and I haven’t had problems before…

    Thanks a lot!!

    Judy.

    Hi Clara,
that could be (could be) some data corruption or so.
Try putting off line the clips on the multiclips.
Re-link them in bunches until you find the one may be causing you the problems.
