Subprime crisis at Panasonic
Posted by Leo July on September 28, 2007 at 1:31 pmHas the subprime crisis hit Panasonic technical support? For the past two weeks no technical people have answered their toll free line (in USA 800-524-1448 option 3).

September 28, 2007 at 2:59 pmHi,
I just called it and they answered. What time of the day did you try?

September 28, 2007 at 5:53 pmPerhaps you exaggerate just a wee bit out of frustration. What is the issue? It’s highly likely we can help or at least point you in the right direction.

September 28, 2007 at 8:10 pmHi,
I just called it again and got right through, but note that there really is not an option 3 any longer, although I did find that it still rang me through when I pushed option 3.

October 2, 2007 at 3:10 amThe last time this happened was when I called Friday morning and reached someone who said he would take a message and have tech support call me back. I would charitably call this customer no service.

October 2, 2007 at 10:04 amHi Leo,
Would you contact me off line? I would like more information and I don’t think it is necessary to carry thi on here, mostly because I call and find someone able to talk and you call and don’t have the same situation. What does happen when people call in is that a computer logs the call and duration. We can track down your call to the minute and we can see how many other customers were on the line when you called.
Did you leave a question in your call back message?
Anyhow please email me at crittendenj at us.panasonic.com
Thanks,
Jan
