Subliminal Messages.
I’m doing an experiment about subliminal messages in Premier Pro. I wan’t to make some clips/titles about 3 frame to about 1/2 a frame long. How could I do this?

Half of a frame is impossible. You get a frame, or more. Less than one frame is zero. No fractions allowed.
Except if you mean that only half of a frame would have the message while the rest of the frame was normal?
It is simple enough to make a title and put it over the video. Right click on the title in the sequence and set the duration to 1, 2 or 3 frames and see if it works for you. I doubt you will be happy. Most subliminal message have to do with quick messages, yes. But they are also in colors that closely match the video. It is not all that simple.

There have been many attempts at using subliminal messages to influence people with little effect, from advertising to behavior modification, popular are self-help tapes, the link below sumerises it.

Half a frame is very well possible if you have an interlaced show.
Make a still in photoshop of white and black lines, WITHOUT ANTI ALIASING!, just one pixel horizontal.
Use that as a key signal on one frame. Voila, one field show, other field subliminal message.I already feel the urge for a coke coming up…
