    Hi Guys:

    I’m currently using Video Vegas 7 and was wondering if it provides the ability to create subcaptioning for video.

    If you mean true closed captioning, that’s something Vegas can’t do.
    If subtitles are what you mean, this is easier, IMO, to do in DVD Architect.
    The subtitles can be created in Vegas but you still need to work on them in DVDA.
