****Sub clip conflict found.**** ???
Hello!
Having some big problems importing synced clips from PluralEyes 3.5 to AVID 7. It’s archival 30i video that has been ripped to dvd, with external audio.
AMA linked.
Wasn’t syncing properly exporting AAF from AVID and pulling it back that way so tried:
1) Opening video + audio directly in PE
2) Synchronise [THIS WORKED PERFECTLY]
3) Export to ‘other media option’ (didn’t have Avid as option since didn’t start in Avid)
4) Pull export into AvidThen everything was wildly out of sync. Then ****Sub clip conflict found.**** ???
Help?!?
Thanks, much appreciated! It’s very frustrating. One way we’ve found around it is to export to FCP 7 then export to Avid, or to export individually synced clips separately but then we’re missing audio with corrected drift (audio is longer than video). So then we can sync exported audio with drift corrected audio, then sync that to the video and this works but surely there must be a simpler way?
Any ideas suuuuper appreciated. Thanks!!!
Tessa 🙂
