  Stuttering Progressive footage

  I have footage shot on Phantom V5.1 of whiskey pouring and panning shots of bottle, which I think is progressive rather than interlaced. The shots are tiff sequences, when I play them they seem to be stuttering/flickering on all monitors PC, broadcast, TV etc. I dont think its a speed issue as the footage was shot at 32fps and I am playing it back at 25fps, however the shots of whiskey pouring into glasses was shot at 1000fps and this seems to be ok.

  Any ideas?
