Stuttering Playback With UltraStudio Mini Monitor
Just did the upgrade to Yosemite which meant an update to Blackmagic Desktop Video and an update to the Mini Monitor firmware. Now I’m experiencing stuttering playback for the first few seconds each time I start playback. Wondering if anyone else may be experiencing this? Here’s my setup…
Late 2013 MacPro 8core with 32 Gig ram
Dual 700 Fire Pro
Final Cut Pro X 10.1.4

Updated to latest driver 10.3.4
Set output in BM prefs to P not PSF. Restarted and issue seems to be resolved.

Just tried that on my end but no joy, I am still getting stuttering. I am working with BMD tech support on it so I’ll post what comes f that.

confirmed, put it to P instead of psf and the lag is gone…
