Stuttering or weird ghosting look to footage after rendering
After reading through the Adobe forums, interpreting the footage, changing the frame rate from 23.976 to 24fps, and even back to 23.976, I still get this strange stutter or ghosting look to my footage after rendering. I have checked the frame rate on the clips, the sequence, and the clips in the sequence, they all match. My footage was shot on a Canon t2i, 1080p 24fps. What am I doing wrong?

Is it possible you have frame blending on the clip/s?
What happens if you import a clip into a new project then drag n drop it over the new item icon to create a sequence using its properties and export directly to a matching preset?
What you describe is more like an interlaced file problem. Can you post a screen grab and video link to the culprit export.

Frame blend is off. I have also tried dragging the clip over the new item button to create a new sequence.

Interesting content.
I.couldn’t see any technical issues in the video. I think what you are seeing is the progressive look of sideways motion blur when the camera pans. Which is normal. Panning slower reduces the effect.
