Stutter effect/ plugin for premiere or after affects
I am looking for a quick way to create audio stutter effects like in the first 30 seconds of this video

I have tried just slicing the video but it doesn’t sound as natural or as cool. is there a plug in that randomly repeats video or audio or some way to do this that I am missing? Any help/tips would be appreciated!

Hi Kerry,
Nothing is random about this audio, and you will need to experiment with different sound bites and different cuts until it sounds go to you.
You’ll notice that the last part of each cut segment includes the end of a word.
