  stuck on tutorial

  I love the product and tutorials. I just got stuck though on the logo section. I have animator 4.0 on an OSX 10.3.9 operating system. When asked to use arrow keys to move an object like instructed before in the tutorial. the up arrows do not work properly. A tweak error that i can’t seem to get past to finish learning the product. HELP !!!!!!

  i need to pitch this product at a post production house in L.A. and i need to work this out quick. I think this product could cut some serious keyframing time in graphics dept.
