  Stuck on how to create this shirt

  I understand how the cloth tag works and how to use seams, but am stuck on how to create this geometry moulded to a female bust.

  I need to create a shirt like this reference that is semi-photo real but it is not being animated.

  Any tips on how to create this? I’m totally stuck…particularly how create the collar seams and shoulder stitches. Area in red is all that would be in shot.
