  • Struggling with rigging a Bobcat loader for driving

I have been working on this so much and I am almost there, but the loader keeps sinking into the ground instead of moving forward. The wheels are turning and I have my steering set up properly but I cannot figure out wth I am doing wrong. Anybody good at rigging cars? I have attached the file I am working with.

the Plane object is too small, it’s catching the body but not the wheels. Make it bigger or use a Floor object for your collider tag

Thank you!! I was pulling my hair out. I had a properly sized plane in the scene earlier but somehow ended up with that one. However, enlarging the plane did not work, the floor object is what did the trick. I also discovered that I needed to remove the rigid body tags that the tutorial said I needed on the wheels, otherwise it was only steering on the first frame – stuck from there.

    Thank you so much!!
