strokes with alpha channels
hi im trying to animate a stroke very similar to the one shown in one of the tutorials
on this site, my problem is i cant seem to create one with an alpha channel so that i can
let the stroke flow over other elements rather then have a big black solid hanging over my other
graphics -

There is a stroke parameter called “Paint Style”. Choose “On Transparent” and you’ll be good to go.

Use an adjustment layer instead of a solid to animate your stroke on.
