Stroke Width of Vector Not Showing, Any Reason Why?
Hello, I have a very simple shape with a border that I made in illustrator and have brought into After Effects (and from there I ‘created shape as vector layer’). I need to be able to control the Stroke width of the border, but this parameter is not displaying in the object’s profile, please see here – https://imgur.com/a/4nzULj5 – can someone suggest what I am doing wrong? I have a profile for both the inside and outside of the object (which illustrator has titled Group 1 and Group 2), but within the profile for the border (group 1) there is no way to thicken/thin the border. And yes, the shape seems to already have a stroke on it within illustrator- https://imgur.com/a/Mww8WFv … Please Help!

The “stroke” has been outlined, that is turned into a fill, which is the red fill shape you see there. You can delete that red shape altogether and select the white fill shape, then alt-click on the “stroke” icon at the top of the comp window to rotate through the stroke options (no stroke/stroke/gradient stroke).
