“Stroke” layer style as an effect?
Does anyone know of a third-party plugin that has the same functionality as the “Stroke” layer style? I know you can always precomp your layer styles to make effects work on layer styles, but I just figured I’d ask.

You can get the same effect with Glow or Vegas after messing with the parameters.
