    Hi all,

I am using the stroke effect – just the regular AE one, not 3D stroke – and for some reason there is a colour shift half way thru my animation – only slight but noticeable…

Have you tried rendering to different codecs?

I’m guessing Steve is right and that it’s a compression issue. To what format and codec are your rendering?

The process of Compression, especially in a program not designed to compress, can cause issues with color, to say the least.

Consider rendering uncompressed first, and then compressing in a 3rd party program like Squeeze.

    Hi guys,

In the end was a 3D layer problem – my layers were in 3d space but for some reason when rendering the layers changed position – this was corrected by simply moving the layers within the timeline…. I think this is an old bug no?

Any thanks anyway – Im pretty new to AE so im sure ill need your collective brains again soon…

    🙂
