  • strobe w hold KFs rather than Posterize Time?

    I have layers that grow in size and would like to strobe this growth. (for several dozen layers) So if one goes from a small scale keyframe to one with a larger value, is there a way (akin to the wiggler) I can quickly add hold keyframes in between in an automated way?

    The alternative is to pre-comp and apply Posterize Time but this seems less than elegant.

    Thanks,

    Paul

    this from Lloyd on the AE-L

    frameInterval = 3;
    t = framesToTime(Math.floor(timeToFrames()/frameInterval)* frameInterval);
    valueAtTime(t)
