  stretch video when render

  … rendering HDV cineform clips to mpeg2 widescreen DVD files… do I need to “check” the “stretch video to fill output frame” option ? …isn’t the same HDV native aspect ratio than NTSC-DVD widescreen ? is the any noticeable diference if I “uncheck” the option ?
