Strange Sync issues
when editing a doco for uni, the footage went out of sync, the natural thing to do would be to just re-sync it manually, but the strange thing is that the audio from a clips (now out of sync) keeps playing when the clip in the audio track ends. I have considered re ingesting the footage but would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and what causes it and how to prevent it in the future

I honestly couldn’t tell you mate. The uni has a bunch of 27 inch iMacs with osx 10.6

Any chance it’s the difference between 24p and 23.976p?
