Strange Solid Scaling
I am was trying to create a small, diagonal line using a solid, so I scaled down down one way and instead of getting a line, I get this:
Whaaaa…?
Can someone please explain this to me. I’m using CS6 and I’ve been using After Effects for several years and never had a problem like this. If I turn it horizontal or vertical, it it just fine.

I get the same thing, why not use a shape layer, or mask with stroke?

Verified! I have not idea why it’s doing it but it’s different at different resolutions…

I did it with a shape layer and it worked fine, although generally I don’t like to use them (I don’t really know why, I just don’t).
Still though, I’d like to know why solids do that. Maybe I submit a bug to Adobe if nobody has an answer.
