strange phenomenon
I was studying BodyPaint (for the first time looking at it) when, in trying to make a color-bitmap in the transparency channel of a material, I apparently tried something impossible; C4D started searching for a picture (was not my intention but alas).
It couldn’t find it, I clicked OK and then this little (pill-like) piece of graphic appeared (inside the red circle).
I can move it around, even outside the C4D window but the whole program seems to be frozen. When I click anywhere (button, menu’s etc) I only get a beep.
It acts like a dialog window. But there is no interaction possible.
Esc, undo, enter, etc nothing seems to work.
Anyone familiar with this. -

no familiarity, you sound correct, acts like a dialog window that needs to be cleared before the program will respond. If C4d is the only program it freezes it must have been spawned from there. If you can recreate it report to Support. I forget which version of C4D you re on.
