  Strange “noise” behind text

  I am getting some very odd “noise” behind text with when I put an outline on it. The text is fine without the outline. If I set the Blur to .01 the problem goes away. Anyone have any idea what would cause this? Notice the “J” and the “N”. This only happens on our 10.5 Intel machines.

  Specs:
  Motion 2.1.2
  OS X 10.5.5
  Intel 8 Core @ 2.8 GHz
  ATI Radeon HD 2600 (256 MB VRAM)
