  Strange image on render–both preview and final render–with certain clips.

  I’m running Premiere Pro CC 2015.3, Windows 7, 16GB Ram, NVIDIA GTX 1070
  Project is 1920×1080 with the adjustment layers, 17min, 23.976 fps,

  Removing effects solves the problem. There are no LUTs loaded
