  Strange compression artifacts on 5dmk2 footage 24fps/apple prores 422(HQ) editing codec/ H.264 from compressor

  Hey guys new to the forum and any help I can get will be much appreciated and (hopefully) repaid in kind.
  So, anyway, when I compress a new reel I have been working on thru compressor I have gotten strange artifacts that, while I have seen many times before, I have never encountered in my own footage. They can best be seen in the second and third clips of my reel https://vimeo.com/41154242.
  Watch specifically for the moving edge of the flag and white of the sweater. Please, please let me know how to remove/mitigate these annoying artifacts. They do not show in the FCP canvas as best as i can tell.

  motion tab frame rate is set to “current rate” and is adding keyframes every 24frames.
