Strange capture issue
I’ve captured a 720p/60 clip from a 1200A deck through a Kona 3. Log and capture seemed to work fine, and I saw the video when I was capturing. But when I go to play back the clip in the Viewer, I get t.c. and audio but no video, just black. I know the video is there because I see it fine when I play back the clip in Quicktime. Clips that I captured last week play back fine in the Viewer so I know my video playback settings are OK. Any ideas? Thanks.

A follow-up. I still don’t know what caused this problem, but i got around it by duplicating the media files and dragging the copies into the browser. Then they worked fine. –Fred
