Strange artifacts on edge of imported footage
Hey y’all! I’ve encountered a strange problem with some of my footage and was wondering if anyone knew what was up, and what (if anything) I could do about it.
The raw footage is totally fine when previewing it outside of Premiere, but once I drop it in there, it looks like this;
You can see along the left side of the frame there’s some weird glitching going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We’ve been seeing this as well since the latest update. I’ve asked once, and gotten no replies.

Strange, what’s stranger though is that we’re seeing the same problem in CS6 as well. I’m completely stumped 🙁

Hmmm…what graphics card and driver version are you using?

Two different macs, one running CS6, the other CC. My workstation is a late 2012 iMac with a GTX 675MX, other computer was a late 2012 rMBP with a GT 650M. Both running latest available OS X compatible drivers. Could it be an nVidia thing?

I’m nVidia as well, though on a PC. Might try a rollback in drivers to see if it still happens.

It appears to be benign, except when you want to have a client sit in on an edit.
