Storylines that turn grey & can not be altered
Has anyone experienced in FCPX 10.05 disappearing story lines? What I have are music beds laid town under some tracks and b-roll. All of them have a transition at the end of the song. If I quit out of FCPX and come back later in the day or next day, those audio tracks have turned a dark grey without any green or showing waveforms. Now, if any of the music beds have a transition at the end, I can delete the transition then the correct display for an audio file on a FCPX timeline returns, with green and waveforms. However, those that don’t have transitions, I can’t get them back without deleting the entire storyline and re-inserting the music bed. Below is a link to a screenshot I took of the issue. I’ve only seen this behavior once. It was a project that was transferred with 7toX.
Unfortunately, I never tracked it down. It was one piece of media in a decently busy audio edit.

I have this problem sporadically. I normalize the timeline by zooming in or out. (Command + or Command -)
